Who is responsible

The Faith Kago Mosupa Rugby Tour 2026 campaign organiser is responsible for campaign enquiries and supporter information collected through the campaign's fundraising channels. Vibranium Lab designed and developed this website and does not receive, hold or administer campaign contributions.

Information handled by this site

This website does not ask for names, email addresses, telephone numbers, identity details or payment information.

The hosting provider may process routine technical information such as an IP address, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

Tracking and sharing

The campaign application does not use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, mailing-list forms or social-media embeds. It does not sell personal information. Necessary hosting and security services may process limited technical data on the campaign's behalf.

Payment processing

The campaign website transfers supporters to PayPal for checkout. When supported by the configured PayPal method, the selected contribution amount and currency are included with that transfer. PayPal independently collects and processes the payer information needed to complete checkout under its own privacy notice and terms. This campaign website does not receive or store card, bank or PayPal login details.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, a person may ask whether their personal information is held and may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Because this site does not currently collect supporter details, a public privacy contact will be added before any form or checkout that sends personal information is activated.

South African privacy rights are governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. Payment-data requests should be directed to PayPal when its hosted checkout is used. Complaints may also be directed to the Information Regulator of South Africa. The official Act is available from the South African Government.
