How refunds and payment corrections apply to this campaign website
Last updated 13 September 2026
Current payment status
Contributions are accepted through PayPal's hosted checkout on behalf of the campaign organiser. This website does not receive or store payment credentials.
Refund responsibility
The campaign organiser controls contribution funds and decides refund requests, subject to PayPal's processes and applicable law. Vibranium Lab does not receive campaign funds and cannot issue refunds.
Incorrect or duplicate payments
A supporter who believes a payment was duplicated, processed for the wrong amount or made without authority should use the contact details on the PayPal receipt or open a request through PayPal with the transaction reference. Requests are assessed against the payment terms and applicable South African law.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit rights that apply under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or another applicable law. No tax-deductible status is represented by this website.
The official Consumer Protection Act is available from the South African Government.
